Role at a Glance
Awin's AdOps Intern is a fully remote, entry-level position based in São Paulo, Brazil. You'll support Client Services teams across affiliate program operations — uploading creatives, producing data reports, conducting program audits, and recruiting publisher partners. No prior affiliate marketing experience required; MS Office familiarity is a plus. Salary undisclosed. A four-day Flexi-Week at full pay is included.
What This Role Is About
This internship sits inside Awin's operational core, working directly alongside Client Services to keep affiliate programs running smoothly for some of the network's largest advertiser accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities span uploading campaign assets, producing data extracts and gap analysis reports, monitoring affiliate compliance, and supporting the recruitment of new publisher partners. Awin frames this as a genuine entry point into the affiliate marketing industry — structured exposure to how a global affiliate network actually functions, not just task execution. Consistent performers may later be considered for other internal roles across departments.
About Awin
Founded in 2000, Awin runs one of the largest open affiliate partner ecosystems in performance marketing, connecting advertisers with publishers across a broad range of industries and geographies. The company operates across multiple international regions and is part of the Axel Springer media group. Awin emphasizes diversity and inclusion across its internal teams and external partnerships, and invests in employee development through its in-house Awin Academy training platform, which covers both professional and personal growth tracks. Its Flexi-Week and remote-work policies reflect a broader commitment to sustainable work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Upload advertiser offers and creative assets to program portals, and relay relevant campaign details to publisher partners.
- Support Client Services teams by extracting, cleaning, and preparing data for regular and ad-hoc performance reports.
- Produce gap analysis reports and recruit affiliates onto programs, working in coordination with account management and publisher teams.
- Run compliance-focused program audits and monitor individual affiliate performance against network standards.
- Carry out ad-hoc requests including account health reviews and competitive benchmarking as directed by the team.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, surface blockers early, and escalate issues to the right stakeholder when required.
What You Need to Bring
- Proactive communication style: keeps teammates consistently informed and willingly absorbs shared workload.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet multiple client-facing deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Impeccable attention to detail across all deliverables, whether internal or client-facing.
- Self-directed ownership of responsibilities, including arranging appropriate cover during time off.
- Fast learner with a positive, collaborative attitude and genuine team orientation.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office — particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills Breakdown: What Actually Matters Here
This is a genuine entry-level role — Awin is not filtering for affiliate marketing experience. The real bar is behavioral: you need to manage multiple deadlines without losing accuracy, communicate proactively within the team, and deliver consistently clean work. The technical threshold is intentionally low; Excel and PowerPoint are listed as an advantage, not a hard requirement. If you can handle data in a spreadsheet and write clearly, you have the core toolkit. Think of this as a structured apprenticeship in affiliate operations, designed for someone at the start of their career.
Salary & Compensation
Awin has not published a salary figure for this internship. If pay is a deciding factor, raise it directly with the recruiter — it is a reasonable question at any application stage. What is confirmed beyond base pay: a monthly remote working allowance to offset home-office running costs, welfare support via transportation and food vouchers, and full access to Awin Academy's structured training programs. The four-day Flexi-Week is included at full pay with no reduction to annual leave. These perks carry real financial and professional value, particularly for an entry-level position.
What Awin Offers
- Four-day Flexi-Week at full pay, with no reduction to annual leave entitlement, plus a range of additional paid special leave options.
- Flexible remote and hybrid work through Awin's Flexi-Office model, accessible across its international regions.
- Health and well-being support including access to fitness initiatives and mental health resources.
- Welfare package: transportation and food vouchers.
- Structured development through Awin Academy — personal and professional skill tracks — plus a subsidy for English language courses.
- Monthly remote working allowance and support for setting up a proper home workspace.
- Peer-to-peer recognition program: send and receive vouchers from colleagues.
Location & How You'll Work
