Role at a Glance
SwiftConnect needs an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS deployments fully remotely from the UK. You'll own multiple concurrent client rollouts from kickoff through go-live, acting as the primary point of contact for each account. Access control industry experience is a hard requirement alongside 5+ years of SaaS implementation PM experience. Salary not publicly disclosed.
What This Role Involves
This position sits at the intersection of project delivery and client partnership within SwiftConnect's integration platform team. You'll be the single point of accountability for enterprise customers navigating the entire deployment lifecycle — from initial scoping and objective-setting through active execution and formal closure. The work demands both technical fluency and relationship depth: coordinating internal teams while serving as a trusted long-term contact for each customer. If you thrive running several complex workstreams at once without losing grip on the details, this role is designed for exactly that operating style.
About SwiftConnect
SwiftConnect builds SaaS integration software for enterprise clients, with a specialisation in the access control industry. Their platform is positioned as a category-leading offering within a technically demanding vertical — one where successful rollouts require deep product knowledge and highly responsive project support. The company's implementation model is central to how customers experience the product, which is directly reflected in the scope and seniority expected of this hire.
What You'll Own Day-to-Day
- Act as the customer-facing project lead across a concurrent portfolio of SwiftConnect product deployments
- Develop advisory-level relationships with enterprise clients at every stage of their implementation journey
- Engage each customer to surface, document, and validate their requirements, goals, and definition of success before execution begins
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to establish clear project scope and measurable delivery objectives
- Deliver each client engagement on schedule, within agreed scope, and on budget from initiation through go-live
- Keep project milestones, records, and client data current across the company's CRM and project management platforms
- Formally close each project and ensure a clean, well-documented handoff once deployment is complete
What SwiftConnect Requires
- 5+ years of software implementation project management experience within the SaaS industry
- Direct experience working with Access Control Systems or comparable access control industry technology
- Demonstrable track record of delivering enterprise-level software implementations to scope, schedule, and budget
- Proven ability to run multiple concurrent customer implementations simultaneously without losing accuracy or momentum
- Solid project management fundamentals: structured planning, progress tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution
- Strong communication skills across all stakeholder types — customers, internal team members, and senior contacts
- Analytical mindset capable of surfacing project risks early and constructing workable mitigation plans
- Comfortable operating both independently and within a collaborative, fast-moving team environment
- Ability to distil technical concepts into clear, jargon-free language for non-technical customer audiences
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce cited) and dedicated project management software
- Disciplined time management and prioritisation across a high-volume, dynamic workload
- Meticulous attention to detail in project documentation and record-keeping
Attributes That Will Help You Stand Out
- Genuine enthusiasm for adopting new tools and methodologies as the company's product and processes evolve
- Natural collaborative instinct and a team-first communication style across cross-functional stakeholder groups
Skills Breakdown: Must-Have vs. Good-to-Have
The hard filter here is SaaS implementation PM experience of five-plus years, specifically at enterprise scale. Access control industry familiarity is explicitly required — an uncommon pairing with project management credentials that will be a genuine screening point. Multi-project management, stakeholder communication, and risk handling are non-negotiable day-one skills. CRM and PM tooling proficiency (Salesforce in particular) is table-stakes. Intellectual curiosity and collaborative instinct are culturally valued at SwiftConnect but secondary to a verifiable delivery track record.
Compensation
SwiftConnect has not published a salary figure for this position, and no pay range appears in the job posting. Candidates should plan to discuss compensation expectations directly with the hiring team. Given the seniority of the role — 5+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation experience and access control industry knowledge — it is worth coming prepared with a market-informed number based on current London benchmarks for senior implementation project managers. Raising expectations early avoids late-stage misalignment after a lengthy interview process.
Location & Working Arrangement
The role is listed as fully remote, with London specified as the base location and UK scope reflected in the job title. No on-site requirement or relocation package is mentioned in the posting. Visa sponsorship availability is not stated — candidates who require sponsorship should confirm eligibility directly with SwiftConnect before applying. The UK designation in the title indicates this person will primarily serve a UK-based customer portfolio.
