What You'll Do
- Manage daily cross-border shipments across APAC—from production facilities to ALO's designated distribution and retail destinations
- Monitor live shipment status and intervene proactively when delays or transportation issues arise
- Use BI and analytics platforms to assess carrier and logistics service provider performance against agreed service benchmarks
- Produce recurring logistics reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders
- Partner with Planning, Operations, Distribution, and Customer Service teams to maintain uninterrupted product flow
- Verify freight invoices and contribute to cost-reduction and logistics budget activities
- Identify and document opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational workflows
- Contribute to logistics initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Logistics Manager or Director
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a closely related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight operations
- Working knowledge of import/export processes and associated shipping documentation
- Practical experience managing or collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, or third-party logistics providers
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational capability and a structured approach to problem-solving
