What You'll Do
- Travel to a single assigned client near your home on a shift schedule you select
- Carry out and accurately document physician orders for each client
- Conduct clinical assessments and continuously monitor client health status across your shift
- Record all clinical observations, nursing interventions, and care evaluations per documentation standards
- Deliver hands-on skilled nursing care with autonomy in a private home setting
- Provide care across a broad patient age range, from infants and children through adult clients
