Role at a Glance
London-based operational marketing role at Nscale, a sovereign AI cloud company. You own Market Development Funds end-to-end — allocation, compliance, reporting — while managing co-marketing campaigns across webinars, events, and digital channels. Requires 3–5 years in B2B tech or SaaS partner programmes. Salary not disclosed; package includes base, equity, and annual bonus.
What This Role Is About
Nscale is scaling its partner ecosystem and needs an operational anchor inside the Partner Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will convert partner strategy into executed campaigns — co-branded assets, webinars, events, digital activations — while simultaneously owning the financial layer: MDF allocations, approval workflows, Proof of Performance documentation, and claims. You will also build the dashboards that connect every co-marketing dollar to pipeline and ROI, and produce regular performance reports for internal leaders and partner contacts. It is a coordination-heavy, execution-focused role with growing scope.
About Nscale
Nscale builds and operates sovereign AI cloud infrastructure — compute and platform services for organisations that need AI capability without routing workloads through the major hyperscalers. Its marketing team functions as a data-driven growth function with direct pipeline accountability, not a support department. The company is in an active growth phase, which means its partner ecosystem is expanding and the operational structure around it is still being built. For a candidate who wants to shape a function from an early stage rather than inherit a finished playbook, the timing is deliberate.
What You Will Own
- Convert high-level partner marketing strategies into executed deliverables: webinars, events, social inclusion, digital campaigns, and co-branded collateral
- Serve as the coordination backbone for partner commitments — keeping cross-functional timelines and stakeholder obligations on track
- Liaise with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to secure internal resources needed to meet partner marketing commitments
- Own the complete MDF lifecycle: fund allocation, approval workflows, Proof of Performance documentation, and claims processing in coordination with Finance
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface lead generation, pipeline attribution, and ROI metrics for each co-marketing programme
- Produce monthly and quarterly programme health reports for both internal leadership and external partner stakeholders
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or programme management within B2B tech, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated track record managing partner marketing funds — including compliance workflows, financial tracking, and audit-ready documentation
- Strong project management skills with practical fluency in tools such as Notion or Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain working relationships across internal functions (Finance, product marketing, creative) and external partner managers simultaneously
- Hands-on experience analysing campaign performance in CRM platforms, with Salesforce or HubSpot specifically required
What Sets Candidates Apart
- Documented experience building repeatable campaign execution playbooks that measurably reduced time-to-market
- A history of achieving full MDF utilisation through proactive tracking — eliminating lapsed or forfeited partner funds
- Commercially oriented thinking: ability to connect programme activity to revenue outcomes, not just process completion
- Prior experience at a high-growth or scaling tech company where operational structure had to be built rather than inherited
Skills Breakdown: Required vs. Valued
The non-negotiable core is MDF programme management paired with marketing operations discipline — fund tracking, compliance documentation, and CRM-based performance analysis are daily tasks, not occasional ones. Project management tooling fluency (Notion, Google Workspace or equivalent) is expected throughout the role. The skills that differentiate top-range candidates are playbook-building experience and commercial orientation — understanding pipeline impact, not just campaign delivery. At the mid-manager level, the expectation is autonomous execution across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
Salary and Compensation
Nscale does not disclose a specific salary band in this posting. The package is described as highly competitive and is structured as base salary plus equity plus performance bonus, with a formal annual review cycle. The equity component is explicitly included, which is notable for a scaling AI infrastructure company — however, vesting schedule and equity type are not detailed in the job description. Candidates for whom total compensation is a deciding factor should request the full package breakdown before or during the first interview stage.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary combined with equity participation and a performance-based bonus
- Annual compensation reviews on a 12-month cycle
- Personalised career progression plan aligned to individual growth goals
- Flexible working culture built on autonomy — employees are trusted to shape their working day around their lives
- Inclusive equal opportunities employer that actively encourages applications from underrepresented groups
Location and Working Arrangement
This role is based in London. Nscale describes its working culture as flexible and trust-based, but the posting does not specify a confirmed remote or hybrid arrangement — expected in-office frequency is not quantified. Candidates should ask directly about on-site expectations during the hiring process. No visa sponsorship information is included in this listing.
