Openings exist for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.
About Benchmark Physical Therapy and Upstream Rehabilitation
Benchmark Physical Therapy is one of 26 regional clinic brands under Upstream Rehabilitation, a national outpatient rehab network spanning more than 1,200 locations across the country. Despite its scale, the model is built around local clinical culture — administrative support and technology infrastructure are centralized so individual clinics like Eugene's can stay focused on patient care rather than back-office work. That scale also funds resources that smaller independent practices rarely match: a meaningful annual CEU allowance, cross-network mentorship programs, and defined career advancement tracks. Upstream Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building inclusive teams.

- Track and document patient outcomes on an ongoing basis, adjusting treatment approaches as clinical progress evolves
- Collaborate closely with your supervising PT and the broader clinic team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Build relationships with patients, referring providers, and the local Eugene community
- Engage with Upstream Rehabilitation's mentorship track and continuing education programs to support your ongoing clinical development
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Skills Context: What This Role Actually Demands
The minimum bar for this role is intentionally narrow: a PTA program credential plus an active or pending Oregon license. Benchmark and Upstream have built structured onboarding and mentorship specifically to develop clinicians on the job, which is why no experience floor or specialized skill set appears in the posting. The infrastructure exists to bring new grads up to speed. Clinicians with outpatient orthopedic backgrounds will likely adapt faster, but that experience is not a stated requirement — only the credential is non-negotiable.
Pay and Bonus Structure
Pay runs $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with placement within the range determined by experience, professional background, and geographic market factors specific to the Eugene clinic. Beyond base pay, a monthly clinical bonus is in place — Upstream Rehabilitation reports that over 90% of its clinicians qualify, making this a realistic addition to total compensation, not a stretch target. Sign-on bonuses and a Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) may also be available depending on start timing; these are subject to current availability and should be confirmed with the hiring team during the interview process.
Benefits
- 100% employer-paid medical health insurance premium option
