What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Prepare therapy equipment and treatment rooms ahead of patient sessions
- Assist patients through prescribed exercises, observe technique, and document their responses to treatment
- Apply basic prescribed modalities — including ice packs and heating pads — under a therapist's direct instruction
- Sanitize equipment and therapy spaces, and launder or replace linens between sessions
- Support front-desk operations: patient intake paperwork, appointment scheduling, and answering incoming calls
- Complete additional clinical or administrative tasks as directed by supervising therapists
