What You'll Work On
- Coordinate interview logistics from the initial scheduling request through completion of the interview process.
- Arrange candidate travel and hotel needs through Egencia when applicable.
- Keep candidate records and coordination requests current in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
- Work through busy and changing interviewer calendars to secure workable interview times.
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email throughout the process.
- Spot bottlenecks in interview coordination and suggest ways to improve scheduling speed, consistency, and candidate experience.
- Welcome candidates onsite, guide interview-day logistics, and help the process run professionally.
- Build working relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruiting coordination team.
