What You Will Do
- Coordinate interview scheduling from the initial request through the completion of the interview process.
- Arrange candidate travel and hotel logistics using Egencia when needed.
- Maintain candidate records and coordination requests in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
- Work through complex interviewer calendars and shifting scheduling needs.
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email throughout the process.
- Identify scheduling bottlenecks and suggest improvements that support candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
- Welcome onsite candidates and help interviews run smoothly in the office.
- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting coordination teammates.
