Role at a Glance

Go Nimbly is hiring a RevOps Architect to lead Gong strategy and tech-stack integrations for high-growth SaaS clients. The role is 100% remote across 13 US states or five LATAM countries, pays $140K–$160K base plus a performance bonus, and requires 8+ years of hands-on RevOps or Sales Ops experience with deep Gong and Salesforce fluency.

What This Role Is About

Go Nimbly is a RevOps consultancy that helps fast-scaling companies build more efficient, buyer-friendly revenue engines. This Architect role sits at the technical center of that mission: you will be the driving force behind how Gong and the broader sales engagement stack are designed, configured, and connected across client environments. On any given day, that means leading discovery sessions with go-to-market teams, designing multi-platform integrations, and codifying best practices — with a growing emphasis on AI-driven automation — so clients can forecast reliably and grow without adding operational drag.

About Go Nimbly

Go Nimbly is a fully distributed RevOps consulting firm that embeds alongside high-growth SaaS companies to build more cohesive connections between their tools, data, and revenue processes. The team operates as a remote-first organization and actively tracks the evolving sales tech landscape to keep clients ahead of change. The alumni network is notably strong — former team members regularly move into senior leadership and executive roles at growth-stage companies, which reflects the caliber of peers you would be joining. The culture emphasizes urgency, creative problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to the development of both clients and team members.

What You Will Do Day to Day

  • Own end-to-end solution design for Gong and adjacent platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay), balancing long-term scalability, user adoption, and client business objectives
  • Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement stakeholders to translate operational workflows into technical architecture
  • Establish and continuously refine best practices across conversation intelligence, activity capture, sales forecasting, coaching workflows, and revenue reporting — with increasing use of AI for automation at scale
  • Design and manage integrations between Gong and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Clay, and Snowflake or other data warehouses
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on Gong product capabilities and the broader sales technology landscape for both the internal team and clients
  • Coach and mentor team members on solution approaches, contributing to the overall delivery capability of the practice
  • Monitor Gong releases and market shifts to shape Go Nimbly's advisory point of view and client recommendations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8 or more years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Systems roles with demonstrated ownership of architecture decisions in sales tech ecosystems
  • Hands-on expertise with Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft — including implementation, configuration, enablement, and data workflows
  • Proven track record of leading discovery, defining project scope, and securing alignment from senior business stakeholders
  • Strong Salesforce architectural knowledge, including reporting strategy and integration management
  • Fluency in lean and agile delivery methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Systems Architect credential — or actively working toward one of these certifications

Skills Breakdown: Must vs. Nice to Have

This is an architect-level individual contributor role targeting candidates with eight-plus years of RevOps depth. On the must-have side, Gong — or a direct equivalent such as Outreach or Salesloft — is the non-negotiable technical anchor, paired with Salesforce architecture and integration management experience. Clay, HubSpot, Slack, and Snowflake appear as frequent integration targets you will work with, but deep prior expertise in each is not explicitly required. Lean and agile delivery methodology rounds out the practitioner baseline. The sole explicit nice-to-have is a Salesforce Architect certification — valuable for client credibility but not a hard gate for applying.

Salary and Total Compensation

Go Nimbly has disclosed a base salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 USD for this role. Where you land in that band will reflect geography and level calibration during the interview process. On top of base, the company runs a tiered performance bonus program designed to reward high output — specific targets and payout mechanics were not detailed in the posting. For US-based hires, the employer covers 100% of health insurance premiums. LATAM-based candidates should ask the recruiting team about compensation structure and applicable benefits during the first screening call.
