What You'll Own Day-to-Day

  • Lead change management across all SCADA systems — every factory-floor push is reviewed, controlled, tracked, and fully documented before it ships

  • Operate and maintain Ignition OT server components — gateways, historians, and MQTT brokers — with disciplined backup schedules and change-control practices
  • Keep the OT network stack healthy across MQTT, OPC UA, TCP/IP, industrial Ethernet, and VLAN segmentation; diagnose protocol, timing, and routing issues at the packet level
  • Build production-grade Ignition Perspective SCADA applications covering views, tag architecture, alarm pipelines, historian configuration, and gateway topology
  • Write, debug, and sustain PLC code on Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens platforms to structured, well-documented standards appropriate for high-volume manufacturing
  • Serve as the escalation tier for complex OT infrastructure failures and outages, resolving issues promptly to protect factory uptime
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams on application deployments; maintain clear, current documentation for all infrastructure designs and operational procedures

Must-Have Qualifications
